As farms and society changes people must change with the times and to help focus on energy and diversification the North Tipperary IFA Chairperson Baden Powell is encouraging farm families and Agri-businesses to attend Energy & Farm Diversification Show 2023.
The show will take place on Thursday the 20th of July in Gurteen College right across the day. The show will begin at 8.30am and continue until 5.30pm.
Presentations on the day will include an in depth look at energy in agriculture, farm diversification and smart climate land use.
There will be an opportunity to engage with Charlie McConalogue TD, Minister of Agriculture, Food and the Marine and Minister Pippa Hackett, Minister of State, Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine to discuss the challenges and opportunities in meeting climate targets to ensure food security.
