Tipp Circle of Friends celebrate good news

The Circle of Friends cancer support centre had a successful information coffee morning recently to promote the services at their facility in Station House. The committee and volunteers are celebrating that they have received official charitable status.

The Circle of Friends cancer support centre had a successful information coffee morning recently to promote the services at their facility in Station House. The committee and volunteers are celebrating that they have received official charitable status.

“Thanks to everyone for attending. Your kind donations and your help and support are greatly appreciated,” said Founder Jennifer Jones-Hickey.

Services commencing this month include: one-to-one counselling and complimentary therapies such as Reiki, Reflexology, Acupuncture and Gentle Massage. There is a men’s support group every fortnight and there is a change to their Friday morning coffee mornings, it will now be from 11-1pm.
