The festival will host a large food village & our dedicated talk tent will leave you wanting to reset your mind and life. In addition, the immensely fun ‘Coppers the Workout’ is guaranteed to deliver belly laughs and an all-round great time.

Activities over the weekend will range from Zumba and self-defence classes to the global rock workout POUND, to more zen vibes including mindfulness classes, talks, tips for better sleep, expert nutritionists offering advice on how to optimise your diet, a games area, lifting and strength stations, individual & gym challenges, on top of grounding sessions, walled garden tours and educational talks.
