This weekend’s final round of group fixtures in all three grades of the FBD Insurance Club Hurling Championship has the makings of an incredibly exciting feast of hurling, with so many teams needing results to maintain their championship interest, and in many cases, avoid the battle for the trapdoor.
The permutations for all groups in all grades makes for interesting reading, with the vast majority of teams with plenty left to play for, and it means that there will be very few dead rubbers over the course of the weekend. So here’s how it is all shaping up ahead of the play in the senior and premier intermediate, and intermediate grades.
