One of Tipperary's premier tennis clubs has had huge success in Munster tennis circles!

Larkspur Tennis Club had a total of 4 teams competing in the Munster Tennis Summer Cup 2023 games. 

The clubs grade 3 men had great success winning the grade 3 title in Rushbrooke Tennis Club in Cork on Sunday the 10th of September.

The team of Aidan O' Gormain (captain) JP O' Connor, Zane Everard and Paul Moloney played outstanding tennis to secure the victory.

Speaking at the presentation, team captain and tennis club Chairperson Aidan O' Gormain thanked the supporters that traveled to support the team and thanked the club for the support given to the team.

Another recent Munster Tennis success for Larkspur Tennis Club was the selection of Michelle O' Meara to play on the team representing Munster in the Ladies 50's Masters Interprovincial Championships 2023.

This is Michelle's first cap for Munster Tennis and the club wish her and the team every success.

The next two weeks will see some great tennis being played in the Club, with the commencement of the 2023 Club Championships.

The event will commence on Sunday 24th Sept with finals being played on Sat 7th October, please feel free to call into the club any night to watch some great tennis.
