QUIZ NIGHT
Last Friday night’s table quiz in Quinlan’s Pub, Cullen was the most successful ever held at the venue, raising just under €1,900 for the local pre-school.
A number of donations were also received in recent weeks and these can continue to be made at the school or to Ger Riordan during the month of November.
All donations will be acknowledged and contributors will be entered into a draw for some great prizes.
Many thanks to all those who sponsored the quiz and to the teams who participated.
The winners were the McMahon team from Pallasgreen, who defeated the Creamers in a play-off after both teams had finished on level scores.
