Junior South Tipperary Art Group (STAG) membership is now full in the primary and senior groups for this session, which continues on Saturday mornings up to and including December 16. A waiting list is in operation.

The seniors did a workshop with artist Moran-Been-Noon in the South Tipperary Arts Centre chapel at the Kickham Barracks Plaza, courtesy of the Arts Centre.

Only 15 of the 25 seniors were available but they thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Meanwhile, the primary group, under the guidance of Patricia, Bobby and Ryan, motored ahead with their art for their “Hero Booklet”.

The STAG art work team are very busy at the moment, painting the hoardings on the windows and doors at Market Place.

This will take another three weeks or so, as there is a huge amount still to be painted. The public are delighted with the artwork, which spurs the team on to continue painting as fast as possible.

To join Adult STAG, to buy an artwork, or for any other details, contact the Organiser Maureen Purcell at 086-8096823.
