Rossmore Racquetball Club members were flying the flag for Tipperary on Noreside at the weekend with members travelling eastwards for the much anticipated All-Ireland Championships.

Seamy Armstrong, Aisling Hickey and Eamon Fogarty from Rossmore Racquetball Club were all competing in the finals which featured competitors from near and far afield.

A fantastic performance from Seamy and Eamon secured the ‘Novice Doubles’ title after a nail biting encounter and the duo were runners up also in the ‘Intermediate’ final.

Aisling was to the fore too, and with some top quality play, won the ‘Open Singles’ and ‘Open Doubles’ competition in what was a huge achievement. Well done to the trio of winners.

Pictured below is Kilkenny All-Ireland hurling winner Tommy Walsh and Sean Fogarty (father of Eamon) who enjoyed the games at the weekend.
