Tipperary senior hurling team named for crunch clash with Limerick

The Tipperary team that will take on reigning Munster and All-Ireland champions Limerick in Sunday's round 2 Munster Hurling Championship clash has been revealed. See the full panel below.

It is a strong first fifteen which is named, with one surprise inclusion in the form of Sean Hayes from Kiladangan who will make his championship debut for Tipperary on Sunday while Mark Kehoe and Eoghan Connolly have shaken off injuries sustained in the league to make it for this game.

Notable though, is the absence of Cathal Barrett who has yet to get a clean run this year through injury, and the absence of the Holycross Ballycahill man means that Johnny Ryan takes the number two jersey for the game in TUS Gaelic Grounds in Sunday. The game throws in at 4pm.
