Tipperary athlete Katie Bergin shines again and takes the top spot once more

Moyne AC star Katie Bergin finished top of the podium.

A top class performance from Katie Bergin ensured she retained her National U/23 100m title in Tullamore at lunchtime today in yet another fantastic display.

Moyne Athletic Club's Katie Bergin showed all her class as she sprinted to another National 100m title in a time of 11.93 seconds to take the honours by a very slender margin.

Bergin now runs again this evening in 200m heats and hopes are high her form can continue on for the rest of the championships.
