In a world where women continue to break barriers and redefine leadership, County Tipperary Chamber’s International Women’s Day 2025 event is set to be a landmark occasion.

Taking place on Friday, March 7th, at the Cashel Palace Hotel, this powerful event will gather Ireland’s top female entrepreneurs, business leaders, and change-makers for an afternoon of inspiration, connection, and empowerment. A must-attend event for women in business.

This year’s theme is clear: women deserve a seat at every table. From boardrooms to business startups, the conversation has shifted beyond recognition in the last decade—but the journey is far from over. Now is the time to come together, share experiences, and inspire the next generation of leaders.

Backed by leading sponsors Bulmers, Carey Glass, and PTSB, the County Tipperary Chamber is pulling together an event that promises not just engaging discussions but actionable insights for women at all stages of their careers.

The lineup of speakers alone makes this event unmissable. The panel features three trailblazing Irish women who have carved out their own success stories -Geraldine Jones (Founder, Skin Formulas) – A business leader who has revolutionized the beauty and skincare industry, Ger Killian (Co-Founder, The Lunch Bag) – Driving sustainable change in Ireland’s school meal industry and  Cara Darmody (Inspiration by Cara) – A 13-year-old advocate who has challenged political leaders and the education system on autism awareness and reform.

These women have faced challenges head-on, defied expectations, and emerged as leaders in their fields. Attendees will gain insight into their journeys, struggles, and successes in what promises to be a raw, honest, and deeply inspiring discussion.
