First Tipperary championship team of the 2026 season named ahead of Munster Championshipi opener

Tipperary's U20 footballers will travel to Quilty to face Clare on Saturday, with newly installed manager Paddy O'Gorman announcing his team ahead of the Phase 1, first round Munster U20 Football Championship clash.

There is a big turnover in personnel from 2025, with Dylan Cotter, Jamie O’Keeffe, and Emmet Bonner the only starter survivors. However, there is a big cohort of exciting talent sprinkled throughout the team.

They will be hoping to get the year off to a positive start in West Clare before hosting Limerick in round two, and finishing in Waterford in the final round game.
