The Cashel Chamber of Commerce has enthusiastically embraced the arrival of a new hospitality venture set to open its doors next week.
A new casual restaurant is getting ready to welcome guests at 15 Ladyswell Street, bringing new energy to the place where O’Neill’s Restaurant used to be before it closed in December 2025.
Sam’s Table will officially open at noon on Thursday, 19 March, offering new food choices to Cashel’s growing restaurant scene.
Gavin O’Dowd, President of Cashel Chamber, welcomed continued investment in the town centre and wished the new operator success. The team behind Sam’s Table are starting their own business after working together at a local hotel.
