Workplace Wellbeing Day, April 13 – sign up and participate!
Ambassadors for National Workplace Wellbeing Day 2018 are former Munster and Ireland rugby player David Wallace and Dublin GAA star Martha Byrne.
Over the coming weeks, both David and Martha will be sharing some useful hints and tips relating to fitness, health and wellbeing on www.fooddrinkireland.ie/wellbeing. They will be joined by consultant dietitian Sarah Keogh, who will be speaking on nutrition and lifestyle. Sarah will be sharing a series of tips and tricks that focus on small changes you can make, that can have a big impact on your overall health. You can view Sarah’s first video and blog post here.
It’s easy to get involved on the day. If you haven’t done so already, make sure your company had signed up to participate on April 13th 2018. Officially registered companies will be publicly listed on the website.
As a registered participant of the initiative, you are also encouraged to follow us on twitter @Wellbeingdayirl. They will be tweeting in the run up to April 13th and on the day, using the hashtag #Workwell18 and would love if you could tweet about your activities as well!
