Thousands of punters descended on Ballybrit Racecourse over the opening two days of the Galway Races Summer Festival this week.
Temperamental weather on Monday was followed by the sun's appearance on Tuesday, with revellers basking in the summer weather while enjoying the races, pints and craic at the legendary week-long festival. Sportsfile were on hand to capture the atmosphere!
