This magnificent 18th-century castle in West Cork was previously owned by the Disney family, and sits on 56 acres with six receptions, nine bedrooms and six bathrooms.

This magical property, Coolmain Castle, has recently hit the property market for a staggering €7.5M!

Inserted below is a Youtube video which takes you on a tour around the castle.

Coolmain Castle has been home to the Disney family for the past 35-years. It was purchased by Roy E. Disney, nephew of Walt Disney and vice-charman of the Walt Disney Company, in 1989.

The stunning gardens and grounds are extremely private and sheltered with excellent sea views of Coolmain beach, which is noted for its pristine powdery sand.

The property includes a stable yard that has been carefully upgraded and features a modern self-contained three bedroom caretakers residence, three well appointed loose boxes and an abundance of overhead lofted storage.
