A major residential development is being proposed for Nenagh, with a planning application submitted to Tipperary County Council seeking permission for the construction of 68 new homes at Drummin, Drummin Village, on the Borrisokane Road.
The application, lodged by Pat Cummins, outlines plans for 68 dwelling houses, two domestic garages, internal estate roads, footpaths, green space, and a connection to existing public services. Access to the new development would be provided through the current Drummin Village estate road network. The proposal also includes a range of associated site-development works.
