Tipperary court: juvenile, 16, charged with having cocaine and causing damage at care centre

Nenagh Courthouse

A 16-year-old juvenile is due to appear before court this Tuesday on criminal damage and cocaine charges at a care facility for young people.

The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was before Nenagh Court on Friday, September 7, 2018, on three counts of criminal damage and one charge of possession of cocaine at a care centre in the Midlands on September 7, 2018.

The court was told that when charged, the juvenile told the female Garda: "F*** off, you fat, ugly dog of a b****. You are a fat, ugly c***. F*** you with the gap in your teeth."

The Gardai objected to bail and Judge Elizabeth MacGrath remanded the youth to appear before Portlaoise Court this Tuesday.
