Clonmel Credit Union is celebrating 50 years in town this year.
As its celebrations come to an end on this, Credit Union week, the annual Mass for deceased members of the Credit Union will be celebrated in St. Mary’s, Irishtown, this Saturday (19th) at 6.15pm.
Following the Mass, at 7.30, St. Mary’s Senior Choir and Banna Chluain Meala will perform a concert to mark 50 years of Clonmel Credit Union.
The concert is not purely choral but a mix of music and singing styles, with some guest performances thrown in.
The concert is the Credit Union’s way of saying thanks to its 24,000 members and everybody in Clonmel is invited to attend. Admission is free but on a first come, first served basis. So come early to avoid disappointment.
