A total of 35 housing developments, sites, and buildings in North and South Tipperary are either fully or partially exempt from the new Property Tax. The list of exemptions was published this Thursday by the Minister for the Environment, Phil Hogan.
The bulk of the exemptions apply to properties in North Tipperary, which accounts for 23 of the estates, properties and sites listed.
In Nenagh, these inclide either all or part of: Castle Oak, Ciamalta Meadows, Drummin Village, Farnamurry Close, Springfort Meadows, and The Terrace, Ardan.
In Thurles, the following properties and estates are listed: Ashgrove, a development at Croke Street and Hayfield Manor.
Three develelopments are listed for Newport: Hillcrest Manor, Rosehill and Mulkear View.
A further three are listed in Roscrea: The Grange, Tullaskeagh Square and Whilethorn Hill.
There are two areas listed for Templemore: Cardens Court and Cluain Doire, Kiltillane, with a further two in Cashel at Caislean an Ri and The Steeples.
Other developments include Schoolhouse Row, Portroe; Farmleigh, Riverstown; Kingston Heath, Riverstown; The Village, Oxpark, Cloughjordan, and Kilcooley Way, Gortnahoe.
