Variety will be the spice of life at the National Ploughing Championships this year as thirteen Tipperary South businesses exhibit alongside fifty-four other South East-based companies at the South East Enterprise Village, organised in conjunction with the Tipperary South County Enterprise Board.
The thirteen Tipperary South companies represent a diverse range of industries from technology, food, retail, engineering, environment and motorsport and will contribute to an expected €1.5million in combined sales during the three day event.
On arrival at the Enterprise Village, visitors can look forward to meeting the Tipperary South-based companies: Adapted Living, Ward Motorsport Merchandise.ie, Barbara Russell Catering, Biogreen Environmental Solutions Ltd., J&L Grubb Cashel Blue, Munster Technology, Galtee Fire Prevention, Kyle Lane, Forget Me Not, P. Scriven Heating and Plumbing, Wrapsies...Towels with a Twist, The Tipperary Kitchen and Wheellockit. The South East Enterprise Village will also showcase companies from Carlow, Kilkenny, Waterford City and County and Wexford.
A ‘New Inventions’ section of the South East Enterprise Village has also been created to encourage and support innovation in the agricultural sector and will showcase a number of pioneering inventions from across the South East, including a submission of a heavy duty disc harrow by a farmer from Fethard, Co. Tipperary.
