Roscrea Business Park

The Chamber is engaged with a number of stakeholders to help ensure that the business park property at Benamore is not sold. The chamber is of the belief that the priority now must be to safeguard the fully serviced business park. Deputy Noel Coonan believes that “this is the challenge and that Enterprise Ireland are looking for proposals so it would be important to meet with them”. Deputy Coonan is in the process of facilitating a meeting between the Minister, the Chamber, and Enterprise Ireland to help address this issue. The Chamber is also grateful to Cllr Michael Smith who has brought the issue to the attention of the County Manager.
