Exhibition will celebrate the late artist Michael Burke

Launch at the Main Guard at the end of January

The South Tipperary Arts Centre's next exhibition at the Main Guard, Clonmel will celebrate the very fine artwork of local artist Michael Burke, Glenegad Road, who died in 2014.

Prints of his original pen and ink and pen and wash images of mostly local scenes will be on display and for sale in the Main Guard gallery.

It's hoped to have some of Michael’s original artwork on display also.

The Arts Centre is now calling on those who have a Michael Burke original to consider loaning your painting to this exhibition for approximately six weeks.

The launch of Michael Burke’s exhibition will take place near the end of January, with the date to be decided.

Dates for the recommencement of all the art/ craft/drama/poetry/and crochet classes for children and adults in the Arts Centre in Place 4U, Gladstone Street, Clonmel will be announced shortly.
