Eddie Moran co-opted to Tipperary Council

Tipperary County Council had it's second co-option in a month when former councillor Eddie Moran got the nod to replace the late Councillor Willie Kennedy who was killed tragically in an accident.

The death of Cllr Kennedy sent shockwaves throughout Tipperary and resulted in a huge outpouring of sympathy to his family, relatives and friends. The Lowry Team councillor was so well got and popular with everyone thanks to his very hard work ethic, his kindness and his gentlemanly manner.

Now, Cllr Kennedy has been replaced by Eddie Moran who lost out very narrowly in the last local election having been a sitting councillor on North Tipperary County Council prior to the amalgamation with it's South Tipperary counterpart.
