Under the 2016 Insulate Tipp Scheme (formerly Tipperary Warmer Homes Scheme), eligible homeowners in Tipperary can get their homes insulated before the end of October at a subsidised rate. Paul Kenny, CEO of Tipperary Energy Agency said “If you know someone that it is receipt of the Fuel Allowance or Family Income Supplement, please let them know that they may be eligible to get their house insulated in time for winter.
