Round 6 of our Spring League was completed last weekend in perfect conditions. The main talking point was who would qualify in the top 6 places plus ties which was confirmed on Sunday evening. The top qualifying team on a huge score of 218pts from their best 3 out of 6 outings was Team O of Mark Timmons, Tom Ryan, Mike Ryan and Gerry Doherty and Team R of Frankie Nolan, Liam Downey, John Ryan and Paddy Maher closely followed by Team U of Joe McDonald, Denis O’Brien, Paudie Ryan and James Keane with 214pts.

All teams start level next Sunday, it will all rest on next week’s performance as to which team will have bragging rights for the next 12 months as Spring League Champions. 1st team will Tee –off at 12 noon and there will be a 9 hole scramble at 12.30 for those teams that did not qualify for the final.
