This charming cottage sitting on a one-acre site in the Tipperary countryside, which includes a solar-powered system, is going under the hammer at the end of the month.
Offering a serene setting within walking distance of Mullinahone village, the one-bedroom house has undergone recent enhancements including solar panels and a system enabling solar-powered living with a backup connection.
