The official opening of Supermac’s Clonmel takes place on Saturday August 10 at 1pm, treating families to a day full of fun and entertainment, which will be broadcast live on the RTE Weekenders Show, presented by Ruth Scott and Paddy McKenna.
The new outlet, located on the N24 bypass, beside Tesco, has created 35 jobs, and is welcome boost to the town. It features a wide range of culinary options under one roof: Supermac’s, Papa John’s Pizza, Quiznos Subs and a Tim Horton’s Cake and Bake shop are located there, as well as a ‘drive-thru’ service.
Families are invited to come along and enjoy a full-line up of entertainment including face-painting, stilt walkers and special appearances from some famous characters. Coca-Cola will create personalised cans for guests so they can share a coke while big kids can put their culinary skills to the test by designing their own Papa John’s pizza in the ‘Make and Bake’ area.
Managing director of Supermac’s Pat McDonagh says: “We’re delighted to invite our new customers to celebrate with us on what will be an enjoyable occasion for the people of Clonmel.
