Tipperary will play Cork in Munster Hurling League Final next Sunday

Tipperary will play Cork in the Co-Op Superstores Munster Hurling League Final at Páirc Uí Rinn at 3pm next Sunday, January 22.

Tipp advanced to the final on score difference, despite having lost to Waterford in the opening game, before bouncing back to beat Clare in Nenagh.

Tipp, Clare and Waterford had finished level on two points each in group B.

Cork secured their place in the decider when they beat Limerick by 0-20 to 1-16 in group A yesterday.

Laois will provide the opposition for Tipperary's opening game in the Allianz National Hurling League at FBD Semple Stadium at 5pm on Saturday, February 4.
