Tipperary 0-21 Dublin 2-15

Tipperary’s hurlers drew with Dublin in an exciting National Hurling League Division 1A game played at Croke Park on Saturday evening.

Tipp were ahead by 0-9 to 0-7 at half time. The sides were level 9 times over 70 minutes but late points from substitutes John O’Brien and Shane McGrath, as well as the outstanding Brian O’Meara, appeared to give Tipp victory. However Dublin snatched a draw thanks to a goal deep in additional time from Liam Rushe.

Next Sunday Tipp meet Cork at Semple Stadium in a match that will decide which team progresses to the semi-finals.
