Galway referee Alan Kelly to take charge of All-Ireland Hurling Final Replay

Alan Kelly has been confirmed as the referee for the replay of the All-Ireland Minor Hurling Final between Tipperary and Dublin.

Alan Kelly has been confirmed as the referee for the replay of the All-Ireland Minor Hurling Final between Tipperary and Dublin.

The official, a member of the Rahoon/Newcastle club in Galway, has been kept busy in 2012.

He has already refereed the AIB All-Ireland Senior Club Hurling Championship Final between Coolderry and Loughgiel Shamrocks; the Allianz Hurling League Division 1 semi-final between Kilkenny and Clare; and the Leinster GAA Hurling Senior Championship game between Carlow and Laois.

The replay, which will be played at Croke Park on Sunday, September 30, starts at 1.15, and will be shown live on TV3.

If necessary extra-time will be played.
