Tipperary GAA referees will take charge of championship matches in hurling and football

Sean Lonergan will referee this evening's All-Ireland Senior Football Championship match between Clare and Cork at Cusack Park in Ennis

Two Tipperary referees will take charge of GAA championship matches today, Saturday.

Moyle Rovers clubman Sean Lonergan will be the man in the middle when Clare and Cork meet in the first round of Group 3 of the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship at Cusack Park in Ennis.

The throw-in is at 6pm.

At 2pm, Michael Kennedy, Newcastle, will get the Leinster Senior Hurling Championship round four game between Antrim and Galway underway at Corrigan Park, Belfast.

Meanwhile, Kerry's Brendan Griffin is the referee for Tipperary's clash with Sligo in the Tailteann Cup at FBD Semple Stadium at 2pm today, while tomorrow's crunch game in the Munster Senior Hurling Championship between Tipperary and Cork at FBD Semple Stadium at 4pm will be refereed by Thomas Walsh, Waterford.
