Preparing a club plan is an ideal way to review how well a club is operating at all levels, to encourage new ideas and members and to identify ways to improve the club. Clubs are asked to notify the County Secretary, Tim Floyd, or the County Development Officer, Jimmy Minogue, of their interest in completing a club plan. There will be plenty of assistance and support provided to clubs when they are preparing their plans.
