Brian Gavin in charge of Munster senior semi-final

Offaly referee Brian Gavin will be in charge of Sunday’s Munster Senior Hurling Championship semi-final between Tipperary and Limerick, which starts at 4 o’clock at the Gaelic Grounds in Limerick.

Offaly referee Brian Gavin will be in charge of Sunday’s Munster Senior Hurling Championship semi-final between Tipperary and Limerick, which starts at 4 o’clock at the Gaelic Grounds in Limerick.

The winners will qualify for the Munster Final against Cork or Clare on Sunday, July 14th, a match that will also have a 4pm start.

The curtain-raiser on Sunday is the Munster Intermediate Hurling Championship semi-final between Tipperary and Limerick. This gets underway at 1.45 and if necessary extra-time will be played. The referee is Waterford’s Paul Foley.
