A disappoinitng display from Tipperary's minor footballers saw them bow out of the Munster championship at Semple Stradium yesterday (Wednesday) when visitors Limerick put three goals past the Premier lads.
Having lost to Clare a week previoulsy, Limerick recovered their mo-jo to send the Tipp lads crashing to their second defeat in seven days - Tipp had fallen at the hands of Cork in Pairc Ui Rinn a week previously also.
And, with fourteen wides to their name in the game, and only 0-2 from play in the hour, it was always going to be hard to win this latest game.
Still, defeat was a bitter pill for a side which went all the way to the All-Ireland Final in 2015.
