Tipp v Waterford

Tipp v Waterford this weekend!

It’s a bumper weekend in the All-Ireland Hurling Championship with Leinster Round 4 clashes and Munster Round 3 ties across Saturday and Sunday.

In Munster, Limerick will travel to Páirc Uí Chaoimh on top form following their 1-23 to 2-14 win over Tipperary in Round 1. Cork also drew with Tipp last week in what was a thrilling encounter. The Rebels are taking home advantage at 4/5 with visitors Limerick 13/10 to cause upset for John Meyler’s men.
Tipperary’s second half performance against Cork last week has given the Cats a boost and they are firm favourites at 1/9 to use that to see off Waterford at the Gaelic Grounds on Sunday.  An Injury ridden Waterford, who have former player of the Year Austin Gleeson and free taker Pauric Mahony both in doubt for this week, are priced at 13/2 to get back on track.

BoyleSports are offering Double Winnings as a free bet across all Senior GAA Championship games if there is a goal within the first 10 minutes of the match.

In Leinster, Wexford will host Galway at Innovate Wexford Park and will be hoping to continue their top form that saw them secure wins over Dublin and Offaly. However the odds are in favour of All-Ireland champions Galway, who are coming off an impressive beating of Kilkenny, to come out victorious at 4/9 with the Model County priced at 9/4.

Dublin and Offaly are both battling to avoid relegation for 2019 on Sunday at Parnell Park. Both sides have yet to record a win, but Dublin’s two close encounters, with Wexford and Kilkenny, sees them take over the match betting at 1/8 with Offaly the 6/1 underdogs.

Aoife Heffron, Spokesperson for BoyleSports commented: “Dublin and Offaly will both be on high alert on Sunday with their clash being technically a relegation decider. However Dublin have been dealt a tough draw up until now and record two close defeats, so it is hard to see it going any other way than in the Dubs’ favour.”

She added: “A win on Sunday for Tipp could see them reignite as competitors for the Munster Cup and All-Ireland after a bleak start to the Championship and the odds suggest that a win is what they will walk away with at 1/9 as they go up against an injury laden Waterford.”
