Draw and fixtures made for the Mid Tipperary senior hurling championship semi-finals

The draw and fixtures have been made for the semi-finals of the Centenary Agri Mid Tipperary Senior Hurling Championship - JK Bracken's will take on defending champions Thurles Sarsfields on Wednesday, July 25th (7.30pm) at Templetouhy while Holycross-Ballycahill will face Loughmore-Castleiney at The Ragg (7.30pm) on Friday, July 27th.

Meanwhile the semi-finals of the Gleeson Quarries Mid Tipperary Senior Football Championship will feature JK Bracken's v Loughmore-Castleiney on Friday, July 6th (7.45pm) while on Saturday, July 7th Drom & Inch will face Upperchurch-Drombane in Holycross (7.30pm).

An attractive local fixture takes place on Wednesday night, June 27th when Loughmore-Castleiney and Moycarkey-Borris meet in the CM Signs Cahill Cup final in Holycross at 7.30pm. The Cahill Cup represents a prestigious title on the Mid Tipperary GAA scene and Wednesday night’s fixture is sure to attract a crowd. In the semi-finals Moycarkey-Borris saw off the challenge of Upperchurch-Drombane (4-19 to 1-20) while Loughmore-Castleiney proved far too strong for JK Bracken’s (3-19 to 0-14).

Meanwhile the second round of the Tipperary Water County Senior Hurling Championship, Séamus Ó Riain Cup and Tipperary Water County Intermediate Hurling Championship is scheduled to take place on the week-ending Sunday, August 12th. Please note that mid-week games may now be required to complete the club championships in order to have representatives ready in time to compete in the respective provincial championships.

The Munster Under-21 Hurling Championship final is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, July 4th while the All-Ireland Under-21 Hurling Championship semi-finals are fixed for Sunday, August 5th.
