A school in Tipperary is celebrating after one of its past pupils received a recent prestigious award.
The entire school community of Coláiste Mhuire Co-Ed, Thurles is celebrating the outstanding achievement of past pupil Óran Casey, who has been awarded the prestigious UCD Entrance Scholar Award in recognition of his exceptional Leaving Certificate results.
Óran is a first year student of Actuarial & Financial Studies and he is also pictured here with Coláiste Mhuire Co-Ed Principal Mr Denis Quinn.
