School News

Annacaty school are hoping to make that little bit extra by having a unique sale of mobile phones (old) and old but good clothing, shoes, handbags, belts, textiles etc on November 12. So put aside anything you no longer require.

Cemetery Rosaries

Now that summer days are o’er, and winter is upon us, our thoughts turn towards the month of November and our dear departed, many of whom have left us quite recently. Dates of the parish and local cemetery rosaries - November 4, Kilpatrick cemetery; November 11, Donohill and Ballintemple; November 18, Annacarty and November 25, Donohill new cemetery. All at 3pm on Sundays.

Eire Og Annacarty GAA Club:


Commiserations to Eire Og Senior Footballers on their defeat to Thomas McDonaghs in the replayed quarter-final last Friday, ending their 2012 Championship run.

Commiserations also to the Intermediate Camogie team on their defeat to Moycarkey\Borris in the County Final last Saturday. Well done on a great effort this season.


Minor Hurling: West Final vs. Arravale Rovers this Saturday, 3rd November in Golden at 2.30pm. Best of luck to all involved.
