Annual Clonmel lunch for Cancer Support Centre raises €19,235

The CARE Cancer Support Centre’s annual lunch held last month was a great success. The generosity of all those present raised €19,235, for which the Centre is extremely grateful.

Thanks are extended to John and Liz Nallen, Hotel Minella; the hostesses for their hard work and commitment; the sponsors and volunteers who contributed so much to make the event such a wonderful success; and a special word of thanks is extended to RTE’s John Murray, the guest speaker.

The C.A.R.E. Centre in Wellington Street aims to provide a warm, safe and confidential environment for people living with cancer and their families.

Support, information, counselling, holistic therapies and healing workshops are offered to all.
