It balances physical bodies – internally and externally – and so helps to prevent and fight disease. Regular Chi Gung practice actually slows the aging process.

In the West Chi Gung is thought of as a “moving meditation”. It helps us deal with stress by relaxing our minds and restoring our balance – emotionally, mentally and spiritually. It is the perfect all-round exercise for people of every age and ability. Lindsey trained for two years to become a Chi Gung and Tai Chi Instructor so come along on September 9 to find out more or 087-2828220
