Active Retirement Association
The Active Retirement group will hold a meeting on Thursday 29th November in the Resource Centre at 3pm. Guest Speaker. New members very welcome.

We are most grateful for the generosity of so many parishioners who have donated €141,480 towards the renovation of our Church. Total cost of renovations €875,000. Loan €500,000, Balance to pay €358,520. Last week donations of €200, & €100 were received. Thank You.

Year of Faith Events
A native of Dingle in Co. Kerry, Micheál is a much loved former teacher, broadcaster and author. Micheál will present to us “The Faith of the people” in St. John’s Pastoral Centre, Waterford on Thursday 29th November at 7.30pm (Booking advisable – Donation €5.00)
“Faith and the Catechism”
The next in the series of talks organised on “Faith and the Catechism” will held on Thursday, 6th December. (Please note there will be no talk on this week.)
The next topic is “I believe in One God”. The talk starts at 20.00 and will be followed by discussion, time for questions and a cup of tea or coffee.
Everyone is welcome, entry is free and there are no strings attached.
The talks have been organised by Fr. Bartholomew Parys in association with the Legion of Mary and St. Mary’s Parish Pastoral Council, Irishtown. If you’re interested just come along on the night to the Central Technical Institute, The Mall, Clonmel.

Service of Rememberance
