WEDDING
Congratulations to Sinead Fennessy and Liam Kenna who were married in Lisronagh on Friday last. We wish the couple a happy and long life together.
FIRST FRIDAY
Friday next is the first Friday of the month. Mass in Lisronagh on Thursday at 7.30pm. Mass in Powerstown on Friday at 7.30pm. Eucharistic devotion on Friday from 4 to 7pm.
Due to increased numbers the Sunday School leaders are confining the age group to between three years and senior infants. The leaders are also looking for volunteers to help with the Sunday School, so anyone interested can contact any one of the leaders or Jenny Hayes.
WORLD DAY OF PRAYER
World day of prayer service will be held in Old St. Mary’s church on Friday, March 1, at 8pm.
PASTORAL COUNCIL
Pastoral council meeting on Monday, March 4, in Powerstown at 8pm.

Meeting was held on February 16. We were delighted to see such a good crowd. Congratulations to Joan Perry on making a beautiful tea cosy. A table quiz in Mulcahys on February 28, at 8pm. Tables of four €20. At our March meeting Rosemarie Chalke will give a talk on travel. Committee meeting February 27.
