RECENT DEATHS
The death has occurred in Deerpark Nursing Home of Chrissie Coffey, Lattin. Chrissie, who was in her 97th year, was a daughter of the late Thomas and Ellen and aunt of the late Vincent Tucker (Cork).
She is survived by her relatives and friends. Removal took place from Whelan’s Funeral Home, Tipperary to the Church of the Assumption, Lattin, where Requiem Mass was celebrated.
Burial took place in the local cemetery.
The death occurred unexpectedly of Tommy Byrnes, Church View, Cullen. Tommy, who was 86 years of age, spent his whole life as a diligent and hardworking member of the local farming community.
Removal took place from Whelan’s Funeral Home, Tipperary to St Patrick’s Church, Cullen, where the following day’s Requiem Mass was celebrated. Burial took place in St. Michael’s Cemetery, Tipperary.
He is survived by his brothers, sisters, in-laws, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Sympathy is extended to Rita Maher, Glanbane, on the death of her brother, Pat Bourke, Coolby, Emly.

Next Saturday the U13s will play Cappamore Celtic. At a recent meeting of the club, votes of sympathy were extended to the O’Brien Family, Ballinard, the Morrissey Family, Glenbane and the Long Family, Ballinulty.
