Last Saturday, August 25, the society held its first major of the year, Gerard Dineen’s President’s Prize, in Clonmel Golf club. The day stayed dry which added to the enjoyment of the day. After the presentation of prizes in the club house the results were as follows: 1st Overall Eric Grogan B/9; 2nd Overall Brian Shiels.1st Cat 1 President Gerard Dineen; 2nd Cat 1 Jerry Morrissey.1st Cat 2 Michael Collins

BANSHA SHOW

Congratulations to Bansha Show Society and all the volunteers who made the 56th annual Show such a success last week. It great to see the Show going from strength to strength after all this time.

FUNDRAISING DANCE

Fundraising Dance in aid of Our Lady’s Hospital Crumlin on Tuesday, September 4, in Cahir House Hotel. Doors open at 7.30pm, Tickets €20.
