Fr. Vinod Kurian Thennattil I.C. is leaving the parish. He will be replaced by Fr. Jim Pollock I.C. who already served here at two periods in the past. We say thanks to Fr. Vinod and welcome to Fr. Jim.

Eucharistic Adoration is held in St. Oliver’s Church Day Chapel on Mondays from 2– 8pm (except Bank Holidays).

We were glad to welcome Bishop William Lee who celebrated the Mass for the Eucharistic Adoration Retreat recently. We will continue to remember him in our prayers. A follow-up meeting for all those who attend Weekly Adoration here or who would like to make a commitment to attend will be held in the Day Chapel after Mass on Thursday night, 8th November.

Welcome into our Christian Community Isaac Daniel Bourke, Cian Gary James Woodall and Carleigh May Meaney who were baptised recently.

The Novena of Masses continues until this Saturday, 10th November. Please see the Parish Newsletter for times of Masses.

All during November we will remember at all Masses those who are on the Altar List of the Dead. The slips of paper for names are contained in the box of envelopes distributed to the parish, but are also available in the Church.There is no obligation to make an offering for these intentions.

New Rainbows Bereavement Programme for Children

Rainbows is a peer support programme to assist children and young people who are grieving a death, separation or another painful transition in their family.
