SHOCKING! Flowers planted by council stolen from roadside in Tipperary

Reports have emerged in Clonmel that flowers planted by Tipperary County Council have been dug up and taken by an individual.

The report by a person living local to the area states that council-planted snowdrops along the N24 have been dug up on more than one occasion.

They have told Tipperary Live that the spring flowers, which were planted by the local authority to brighten the roadside verge, have been dug up and taken at least twice in recent weeks.

The snowdrops, planted as part of ongoing efforts to enhance the town’s public spaces, were located along a stretch of the N24 near the outskirts of the town.

Tipperary County Council’s Environment Section and An Garda Síochána have been contacted for comment but had not responded at the time of publication.
