In Thursday’s episode, we see what emergency crews face while responding to medical emergencies, as they face dangerous driver reactions due to a lack of public awareness of what to do on the road when you see an ambulance.

Advanced paramedic Paul Traynor, on-board air ambulance helicopter Air Corps 112, is dispatched to a multitude of rural road traffic collisions in Athlone.

And when a 4-year-old boy with suspected meningitis is reported unresponsive, every moment matters for advanced paramedic Paul Traynor and the crew of Air Corps 112

HSE National Ambulance Service crew Kevin and Jim are returning to base in Dublin at the end of a shift when they receive a panicked call for help from a fellow ambulance crew who have come under attack on the street and need urgent backup.
