The roads around Doorish, Gorteenamoe, Rossmore and Stouke will be on high alert this Friday night as Rossmore’s golden girl Neasa Coen, or “Nassy”, hits the RTÉ screens.
Fresh from her victorious West and County Scór na bPáistí wins, Neasa now shoots for the stars on the Late Late Toy Show on RTÉ, with Patrick Kielty as host.

Excitement is building around Rossmore NS and the parish of Clonoulty–Rossmore, while Neasa takes the buildup to the show in her stride. She often praises her teacher, Therese Ryan, who has mentored her through all of her success.
When asked who influences her singing career, she mentions her uncle Mícheál Coen. Further influences include Piaras Ó Lorcáin, Amble, and Kingfishr.
