Aoife McGrath has been placed on the Wall of Fame of the Any Given Runday Podcast
J&N Coaching Group were delighted to hear the news that their own Aoife McGrath was awarded the fantastic accolade of being placed on the Wall of Fame of the Any Given Runday Podcast.
Aoife was selected to go on the podcast as part of their Dublin Marathon series of podcasts, which followed the training programmes of four Dublin Marathon entrants, all with different goals and expectations.
As part of the J&N Marathon Training Plan 2025, Aoife had shown such an impressive attitude to her training and was a huge inspiration to those around her in the group, organising training meet up runs and leading the way for those less experienced in the group. All in the J&N Training Group extend their congratulations to Aoife on this very worthy recognition for her achievements.
The tribute was as follows -
“Hailing from Tipperary, Aoife McGrath was the radiant heart of our ‘Fantastic Four’ series. Throughout the entire run-in to the Dublin City Marathon, Aoife never stopped smiling, bringing a phenomenal attitude to every episode. Her can-do spirit and infectious energy were exactly what listeners needed as they navigated their own marathon journeys alongside her.

“Aoife wasn't afraid to keep Sean on his toes either, famously telling him to ‘just get on with it’ whenever needed! She was a relentless champion for her J&N training group, who supported her every step of the way—though she might be the one to credit for ‘copyrighting’ the now-famous ‘Aoife Method’ of 5k intervals.

Her hard work and positivity truly paid off; she went on to smash her PBs across every single distance in 2025. A true running hero and a massive inspiration, Aoife is more than deserving of her spot on the Wall of Fame”.
